Rental Conditions

Deposit

A deposit of €160 is required when picking up the wheelchair.
Pay the deposit separately by card at pick-up. It is not charged online and is refunded in full via our Mollie payment terminal after return.

Rental Price

• First day: €15
• After that: €2.50 per day

Select and pay for your rental period online. Rental starts at pick-up. Any extra rental time is invoiced in your name and paid separately; it is not deducted from the deposit.

Example:
For a 1-day rental, pay €15 online and €160 separately at pick-up as a deposit. After return, the full €160 deposit is refunded.

Rental Period

Rental is calculated per 24 hours from the moment of pickup.
Returns are only possible during opening hours.

• Pick-up only in Duivendrecht (near Amsterdam)
• Return at the same location
• Valid ID required

Cancellation

Cancellation fee: €15

Please read our general rental terms for walking aids (in Dutch) before renting. Rented equipment remains the property of A. Vos en Zoons B.V. Rental cannot be converted into a purchase. Rental payments and deposits are not credited towards a purchase, even when total rent reaches or exceeds the item's sales value. The rented item must be returned. A separate purchase does not automatically end the rental.
